All our partner pages are indexed by the major search engines. We have linked our partner list from our front page. We do limit in any way search engines and visitors.

Specifically we do not:

Our link exchange program gives you the opportunity to receive relevant and targeted traffic from our website.

We used a sophisticated content management system to implement this website. This allows us to organize the partner list by keywords which is very search engines friendly.

All our partner pages are indexed by the major search engines. We have linked our partner list from our front page. We do limit in any way search engines and visitors.

Specifically we do not:

• use the "nofollows" keyword,
• have exclusion in robots.txt file,
• practise Javascript screening.

The text link to your website will be:

• created on its very own page,
• listed on the main partner list,
• listed on selected keyword pages.

This will guarantees that your link will be accessible from the front page and present on about 2-3 pages (based on number of keywords listed). We estimate that your link will be parsed by Google search engine within a few of weeks.

Finally note that we are able to implement simple two ways links (linking 2 websites together) as well as multi ways links (linking together 3 websites or more).

Search engines are now aware of two ways linking or reciprocal schemes (see Wikipedia article Methods of website linking). Whenever possible three ways linking will be preferred.

Requirements

We are looking for partnerships with websites covering but not limited to the following topics:

• property in general (real estate, estate agent),
• insurance and mortgage brokers,
• builder, plumber, electrician, and other building trade,
• repossession, foreclosure, debt collection,
• financial difficulties, refinancing, re-mortgaging,
• divorce, separation, bereavement,
• solicitors, lawyer, conveyancers.

In order for the reciprocal link to be beneficial, we require that the link back to our website:

• be placed on a page with less than 30 links in total,
• be within 3 levels down from the root of the website,
• be visible and indexable by search engines ("nofollow" banned),
• be indexed by the main search engines within a month of application.

Also we require that your website is at least of the same Google Page Rank as us (currently PR 3). If that is not the case please provide link back from multiple websites.

Process

1. register as a partner through our partner registration page,
2. open in a new window our link exchange form, create the link to our web site and complete the form,
3. open in a new window our create your partner link form and submit the link to your website for review.

We review applications on a weekly basis. Most applications from PR 3 websites or above should get a response within a week (note to spammers nothing will get published until it is reviewed).
