Please find below our catalog of property leads. The leads are received from motivated sellers generally looking for a quick sale due to specific personal circumstances (for instance because of repossession due to mortgage arrears).

We have organized our leads in 4 logical sections:

Unqualified

These leads contain the information provided by the seller exactly as received on our contact us form. No checks or qualification is made,

Qualified

The information provided in the contact us form is further qualified, contact with the sellers has been made and further details obtained and provided to you (such as background on reason for sale and deadline),

BMV

The seller has stated he will consider an offer Below Market Value. These leads provide the possibility to buy a house at a substantial discount below the value of the property,

Discounted

Discounted leads are offered at much lower price than originally as the deadline described in the lead has past. They may provide a good way for new investors to practice.

Please note that leads care appear in multiple sections. For instance a qualified below market value property lead will appear both in the qualified and BMV sections.
